THIS PARK IS PERMANENTLY CLOSED
Scottsdale RV Ranch in Scottsdale Arizona offers full hookup RV sites in a former mobile home community. The park was recently revised to accommodate only RVs with paved roads and concrete parking pads. Sites can accommodate up to 60' RVs and the location, near to Scottsdale, makes it a reasonable place to stay.
Advanced reservations are recommended BUT the park only takes email reservations via their website. They do not answer the phone and will only allow guests to arrive during their normal business hours (M-F 10am-4:30PM, closed weekends and holidays). The park is clean and located within a urban area surrounded by residential homes. A small pool is available as is a grassy area out front.

Guest have reported that this park will likely be closing after the 2018 winter season. It is rumored that the park will be removed and condos built in its place.
This park clearly does not need or want your business. Try and make a reservation. You can ONLY email them a request and 2-3 days later they will respond. Just received my rejection from them 2 days after I sent the request. Thankfully I had already made reservations somewhere else.
