Rogers Rock Campground sits on scenic northern Lake George with a pleasant beach, docks and easy access for boating, kayaking and hiking (including routes up the Rogers rock slide). Sites vary: lakeside spots are closer together and can be busier, while wooded sites offer more privacy and space. There are no electrical hookups; water spigots and shower buildings are available. Staff are generally described as friendly, but cleanliness and maintenance of restrooms, showers, picnic tables and fireplaces are inconsistent in recent reports. Expect ticks in season and occasional wet weather—plan tarps and inspect sites before settling in.
