Rodanthe Watersports and Campground is a small, family-run soundside site with waterfront RV and tent spots, easy access to the beach and on-site rentals for surfboards, paddleboards and bikes. Guests frequently note clean restrooms and outdoor showers and a friendly, helpful staff. The setting offers lovely sunsets and a relaxed, no-frills vibe, but there are tradeoffs: sites are close together with limited privacy, the highway and occasional late-night service noise can carry, and strong winds make tent camping challenging at times. Bathrooms are tidy but small and unairconditioned, and parking is limited.
