Ocean Waves Campground is a quiet, well-kept campground steps from the beach with concrete pads, a small pool, and dog-friendly features. Bathhouses are generally clean and laundry is available; Wi-Fi is offered but can be intermittent. Sites can be a bit tight and some back-ins are tricky, and beach access from the campground is steep and narrow so many visitors walk along the shore or drive to public access for surf casting. Staff are mostly described as welcoming. Good base for exploring the area, especially for those preferring a relaxed, older-crowd atmosphere.
