The clubhouse and grounds are tidy with amenities like a pool table and TV; landscaping is maintained. Staff are responsive in emergencies and during power issues, and the park feels safe and homey. Practical tradeoffs: there have been occasional power outages and some barking from permanent residents' dogs, and the setting is rural—not a luxury resort. Many visitors found management accommodating and the overall atmosphere calm and neighborly.
