This was an amazing camp site me and my boyfriend Milton and our son stayed here for the weekend and we had the time of our lives. The park ranger Joe was amazing he made the stay so safe and comfortable we will definitely be visiting again in the next couple of weeks and I'm telling all my family and anyone who will listen about this amazing camp site clean bathrooms clean camp areas amazing views it was just amazing in all aspects thank u to Phipps park for allowing us to stay and giving us a great camping experience

Amenities include a clean bathhouse/comfort station, coin laundry (quarters required; quarters available at the office at times), boat ramp, dump station and fishing access. Staff are described as welcoming and the grounds have walking paths, shade and abundant wildlife such as birds, turtles and small mammals. Practical tradeoffs: some pads are concrete while others are gravel, some waterfront sites have limited extra paved area for picnic gear, and occasional road noise from a nearby bridge. Easy online reservations and convenient nearby services make it a good value.
