Overall I would say that this is an okay park. The office staff is nice and gave us a free upgrade to a water front site because the previous tenant in our assigned site was broke down and waiting for service. The upgrade makes a huge difference as their premium sites have great spacing and back up to open space or in our case the pretty lake. The regular sites are very close together and the roads are only 18′ wide so navigating is tough. The park is popular with snowbirds and has great park amenities, tons of playgrounds, walking/ biking trails, a boat launch, etc etc. I guess what drags the park down in my opinion is it is just busy and noisy. You are right next to the municipal airport so there is constant small plane noise. Plus the park is huge so lots of people in and out. The price we paid was $37 per night for full hookups. I would stay here again because there is not much choice in the area. Verizon 4G was adequate.
