Pequea Creek Campground offers peaceful creekside sites with water and electric hookups, gravel pads, fire rings and picnic tables. Owners are consistently described as friendly, and the park is big‑rig friendly with a well‑stocked store (hand‑dipped ice cream), a playground and easy river access and boat ramp for tubing. Practical tradeoffs include showers and bathrooms located up a steep hill and variable cleanliness, frequent geese droppings, and occasional potholes or muddy spots near sites and the dump station. The entrance and directions can be confusing at times and the office may be closed during parts of the day, so plan accordingly.
