The park is quiet, shaded by mature trees, and provides easy walking or biking access to downtown and the Cheese Country ATV/UTV trail. Facilities include clean restrooms and coin-operated showers, a playground, fresh water on entry and a dump station (no water/sewer at individual sites). Nearby amenities include groceries, gas, restaurants and river access for paddling.
