Pecatonica River Trails Park is a small, well-kept city campground along the Pecatonica River. Sites are spacious, mostly back-in, on level gravel with picnic tables, electric pedestals and fire rings; some offer 30- or 50-amp hookups. The park is quiet, shaded by mature trees, and provides easy walking or biking access to downtown and the Cheese Country ATV/UTV trail. Facilities include clean restrooms and coin-operated showers, a playground, fresh water on entry and a dump station (no water/sewer at individual sites). Nearby amenities include groceries, gas, restaurants and river access for paddling.
