Pecan Grove RV Park sits in South Austin within easy walking distance of downtown restaurants, Zilker Park and Lady Bird Lake attractions. The park is shaded with many pecan trees and has a friendly, quiet atmosphere—largely because many sites are occupied by long-term residents. Short-term visitors appreciate the convenient location and basic amenities like bathrooms, showers and laundry, but sites are gravel and fairly small with narrow roads, so larger rigs can be tight. Office hours and gate access are limited and reservations are handled by phone; guests report occasional hot-water fluctuations and spotty Wi‑Fi. Overall, a convenient urban option with some tradeoffs.
