Many sites have concrete pads and paved roads, and bathrooms are generally reported clean; pricing is often described as reasonable. However, reviewers also note inconsistent maintenance—some pads are uneven or broken—and occasional connectivity and water-pressure problems. Expect tradeoffs between convenience and upkeep: good location near shopping and dining, but bring extra sewer hose and be prepared for limited Wi‑Fi or cable in some spots.
