M&M Mobile Villa RV Sites

Price is the key driver for this park. We paid less than $900 for 3 months during the winter to stay here. It is mostly all long term tenants who live here and work here. There are about 20 or so shorter term and winter visitors like us. A family park there are lots of kids running around in the evening and on weekends. The kids are being kids playing and having fun; no malicious stuff going on they just don;t have a playground so the kids are out playing the streets and in sites. The pool is not open and never was while we stayed. The laundry is there, never used it. This area of Mesa is hit and miss. Go a few blocks one way and you have fancy neighbors go a few blocks the other and you are in the ghetto. Shopping is all within 1 mile including a Frys grocery and Walmart Neighborhood store. Plenty of gas stations around and two locations right outside the park selling propane. Just across the street the Uhaul facility recently re-opened providing a boost to the area in overall appearance. Office staff is professional. You do need to setup electric with SRP and pay them direct. Not sure the rate but we averaged $75 per month during our winter stay. The sites are massive. 60+' deep by 60 or so feet wide. We had packed desert rocks to park the rig and opened our door to a concrete patio. On the non-door side was another large concrete driveway for vehicle parking. If you are looking for an inexpensive and as safe as you can get in a metropolitan area park this one is suitable. If you are looking for a little class and refinement then look to some of the resorts in the area. Verizon 4G was fine and you could get cable internet if you want.
