Well-maintained RV park with friendly, accommodating staff and several on-site conveniences. Many guests note grassy sites with small trees, a pool, fenced dog area, clean restrooms/showers, laundry, and a small store stocking basics. Lots are generally level and suitable for short or longer stays, and staff/maintenance are responsive. Expect a community with numerous long-term residents given the local job market. Practical tradeoffs include some gravel/dirt pull-throughs, limited tree shade, and narrow roads where parked vehicles can make maneuvering and exits tighter than at larger resorts.
