Reviewers consistently note a well‑maintained, mostly adult/55+ community with friendly management, paved streets, level gravel or concrete pads and full hookups accommodating large Class A rigs. Amenities include a clubhouse with activities, seasonal heated pool, mini‑golf, fitness and laundry. Practical tradeoffs: the entrance is steep and lower sections can flood after heavy rain, trees in lower areas may need trimming, and Wi‑Fi is basic unless upgraded.
