Apple Valley Travel Park is a small, primarily over-55 travel park known for friendly, attentive management and a quiet, close-knit atmosphere. Amenities include a bathhouse, laundry and strong hot showers; rates are generally inexpensive. Common tradeoffs: sites are small, gravel and sometimes tight for larger rigs (turning can be difficult), some lots aren’t level and trees sit close to pads. Internet and advertised cable can be unreliable, and bathhouse/laundry feel dated to some. The park is pet-friendly and enforces cleanup, but dog-walking space is limited, especially after rain.
