I know this Quagga Mussel is a problem but when I bring a perfectly dry brand new kayak why does it need to be locked up for 10 days? You can see the price on the hull! The campground is nice as usual with full hookup sites. We actually stayed right in that row pictured in the video! There are a ton of different camping options here. Ojai is nice to walk around in but it is worth it to drive the other way up to SB or Montecito.

Lake Casitas Recreation Area Campground near Ojai and Ventura California offers full, partial, and primitive (no water, electric, or sewer) hookup RV and tent camping in multiple locations near and adjacent to the recreational lake. A popular weekend and summer destination reservations are recommended. Special rules exist for watercraft so plan appropriately if bringing your own. Home to a newly opened water park the campground is family friendly with an active security presence and guarded gate entrance.
During winter months the park is also home to winter Californians taking advantage of the excellent rates and great weather.
Multiple playgrounds throughout the various camping loops. Sites range from paved pads to dirt tent sites along with varied ambiance depending upon the camping location. Overall a very nice camping spot near Ojai.
