Camp Comfort Park is a small, well-kept campground with clean restrooms, coin-operated hot showers and laundry (bring quarters). Sites sit near a creek and playground, and many include basic hookups with paved pads that suit medium rigs. Overhanging trees and tight turns can make access difficult for very large RVs. Staff and hosts are often helpful, though a few guests reported rude interactions and occasional double-bookings—some recommend reserving via the county site. Be aware poison oak grows close to some sites. Close proximity to town amenities makes the park convenient while still feeling peaceful.
