Lake Arthur Family Campground is a well-kept, family-oriented park with spacious sites, electric and water hookups, clean restrooms/showers, and a small camp store. The on-site host is consistently described as friendly and helpful, and hosts often provide firewood and prompt assistance. Kids have a playground and adults/dogs enjoy a large dog park; the lake boat/kayak launch and town amenities are just a few minutes away. Expect peaceful, roomy sites, but note tradeoffs: some long-term residents are present, occasional late-night golf-cart/music noise has been reported, and a pool is not available.
