The host is responsive and hospitable, and amenities include Starlink Wi‑Fi, a large play field, disc golf and natural surroundings with creek sounds and wildlife. Expect some daytime road noise and occasional limited internet bandwidth. Overall it’s a clean, family-friendly option with a few practical tradeoffs.
