Prizer Point KOA sits on Lake Barkley with attractive views and easy water access, plus a pool, marina and rentals (kayaks, paddleboards) and other family activities. Guests note well-kept grounds in parts and convenient lakeside sites. However, recent reports describe inconsistent maintenance (overgrown grass, plumbing and electrical issues, missing or damaged cabin fixtures), occasional safety concerns, and some permanently closed attractions. Staff interactions range from helpful to curt, and on-site dining and event areas can be disorganized. Good option for lake access and recreation if you prioritize activities and accept variable upkeep and service.
