Indian Head Campground offers a family-oriented, riverside setting with playgrounds, a pavilion, and easy river access. Newer ownership has made visible improvements: cleaner grounds, concrete pull-through sites, reliable electric hookups and a welcoming staff noted by many visitors. It's convenient to Bloomsburg and nearby attractions, making it a good value for weekend stays. That said, some parts of the park still show older, cluttered long-term sites, muddy spots, and uneven hookup layouts, and a few guests mentioned occasional noise or confrontational interactions; those issues appear localized rather than widespread.
