Small, no-frills RV park with full hookups and reasonably priced sites. The park is quiet and well maintained, with new bath and laundry facilities, shaded spots and large pull-through sites that are easy to access from I-10. The on-site manager Judy receives consistent praise for helpful, accommodating service. It's popular with long-term tenants and works well for overnight stops or extended stays; plenty of trees and walking space make it pet-friendly. A few guests noted issues with noisy or cluttered neighbors and one report about family accommodations, so experiences may vary.
