Most sites provide water and electric hookups and a shared dump station; there are no sewer hookups. Grounds and common areas are generally kept tidy, but restroom and shower facilities show recurring maintenance issues—uneven hot water, slow drains, missing fixtures and occasional insects—so it’s wise to check showers before settling in.
