What campers say
Greenbrier Campground sits beside the Little Pigeon River near the Greenbrier entrance to the Great Smoky Mountains and Gatlinburg, offering scenic, well‑kept grounds and creekside sites ideal for fishing, tubing and family relaxation. Staff are consistently described as friendly and helpful; bathhouses and showers receive frequent praise for cleanliness and private/tiled rooms. The park is very family‑oriented with many kids’ activities (bounce pad, gem mining, puppet/magic shows, movies) and an arcade. Practical tradeoffs: there’s no pool, some sites can feel tight, and the inflatable play area’s motor noise near the office can be intrusive for nearby sites.
