Eastbend Automotive RV Sites

Eastbend Automotive is a small, no-frills shop that many customers praise for honest, fair pricing and solid diagnostics—especially for brake and other urgent repairs while visiting Gatlinburg. The owner is frequently described as communicative, willing to arrange or advise on towing, order parts promptly, and resolve root causes rather than just symptoms. Work is often done quickly and inexpensively. On the downside, a minority of visitors report scheduling mishaps, unexpected closures, or unclear handling of vehicles left after hours. Overall, it’s a practical option for emergency repairs, but call ahead and confirm appointment time and hours.
