Grassy Lake Road Campsites

Grassy Lake Road Campsites situated along Grass Lake Road in between Yellowstone National Park and Grand Teton National Park provide another camping option in the area. Located a few miles west from the main highway (Headwaters area) along a packed and well used dirt/ gravel road. These sites are available on a first come/ first served basis for small RVs and tent campers. Many of the sites have a scenic view looking over the valley and river. Multiple camping "loops" with a few sites and pit toilet are available. Free camping this is unique option for the area. 20 primitive campsites along a gravel road passable to all vehicles with picnic tables, pit toilets, trash cans, and food storage boxes.  No water.  Free of charge - first come, first served.  Some sites are suitable for small RVs.
