Flagler Beach Villas is frequently praised for its excellent, central location a short walk from the beach, shops and restaurants, and for a quiet, friendly community where neighbors look out for one another. Many guests find the park reasonably priced, with management that several people describe as helpful and responsive; some homes have been renovated. However, a number of visitors report communication problems with management and occasional disputes over rules. Amenities are modest but include courts and a playground, and the site suits RVs and small homes, a trade-off between convenience and limited on-site facilities.
