Incredibly expensive for a place on the beach. They pack them in here and depending on your mindset it could be good or bad. If you go in knowing you are paying for location AND enjoy the location it is great. Otherwise we did hear a lot of grumbling.

Guests consistently praise the friendly staff, clean restrooms and laundry, well-maintained grounds, and a handy on-site store (plus occasional food truck). It's convenient for biking into Flagler and a short drive to other area attractions. Practical tradeoffs: some non-beach sites are tighter and close to neighbors, and several guests reported drainage or minor flooding after heavy rain and storm-related seawall repairs. Many find the beachfront location and amenities worth the tradeoffs.
