📖 About This Campground

Falls Campground, situated within Wyoming's Shoshone National Forest, offers a tranquil camping experience near Brooks Lake Creek Falls. Located approximately 25 miles northwest of Dubois along U.S. Highway 26/287, this recently remodeled campground provides a serene setting amidst mature pine and fir trees. Campsites and Amenities The campground features 54 sites, including options with electrical hookups. Each site is equipped with picnic tables and campfire rings, and bear-proof food storage boxes are available to ensure proper food storage. Vault toilets and drinking water are provided for campers' convenience. Please note that the maximum spur length is 32 feet, and the site is not accessible for those with mobility impairments. Natural Features Nestled at an elevation of 8,000 feet, Falls Campground is surrounded by mature pine and fir trees, offering partial shade and a peaceful atmosphere. Campers can enjoy an overlook of the nearby Brooks Lake Creek Falls, adding to the scenic beauty of the area. Recreational Activities The surrounding area offers a variety of recreational opportunities, including fishing, hiking, and wildlife viewing. The nearby Brooks Lake and surrounding trails provide excellent options for day hikes and nature exploration. Additional Information
  • Fees: $30 per night for sites with electricity and $20 per night for all other sites.
