What campers say

Doran Regional Park is a scenic, family- and dog-friendly spot with wide, soft-sand beaches, easy beach access and good walking, fishing and kite-flying opportunities. The grounds are generally well kept and visitors report helpful on-site hosts, but restroom and shower quality is mixed—showers may be coin-operated or available only certain days and some facilities could use updating. Expect wind (not ideal for tent camping), busy parking on weekends though the beach feels spacious, and limited on-site supplies beyond firewood. RV campers will find a dump station (fee applies); potable water availability can be limited, so come prepared.
