De Anza is a large, amenity-rich RV resort with scenic views and convenient highway access just south of Tucson — popular with snowbirds and day-trippers heading to Patagonia, Tubac, Sonoita wine country or Mexico. Sites are generous with full hookups, and the park offers many amenities (pool/hot tub/sauna, fitness and courts, pickleball, multiple dog areas, workshops and social activities). Many guests praise the friendly community and on-site management, though a few report occasional staff issues. A common practical tradeoff is the laundry system (cash/prepaid-card required), which several visitors found inconvenient; daily rates can feel premium for short stays.
