Really wanted to like this place but the office ladies (plural) customer service skills were awful. Long story made short they lost a 1 week rental at $385 ($50 per night!) because they more or less stated that I would not qualify for a monthly rate (and I was not going to stay for a month). Guess they don't like young wealthy people staying there... oh well. Outside of the bad experience the facilities were nice with concrete pads and a pretty lawn and pool. Maintenance seemed a bit lax on the lawn and the park had an overall feel of getting ready to go over the edge into trailer park. I submitted a video to help you make your own educated decision. For me I will never step foot on this property again.

What campers say
Coyote Valley RV Resort offers well-kept grounds, multiple amenities (pools, laundry, dog parks) and convenient access to the Coyote Creek walking/biking trail. Staff are frequently described as friendly and accommodating, and many guests praise the clubhouse and on-site services. Tradeoffs noted include a high proportion of long-term residents that influence the park's atmosphere, some narrow sites that can be tight for big rigs or tow vehicles, and reports of localized ant problems and uneven landscaping in certain areas. A few guests also mentioned bird droppings near pool seating. Recommended to confirm site size and pest control status when booking.
