Warning - There are power lines running over the park and one of the lines is only 15 ft high. I climbed the roof ladder and had I not taken a look up at the top would have stood up directly into the line. The interference from the power lines has limited Verizon coverage too. Pros - Suburb location across bridge from Padre Island; 3 blocks from supermarket and gas; Excellent laundry facility with clean industrial machines. Cons - Loud neighbors and day time air traffic from NAS; low power lines
