Clark County Fairgrounds in Springfield Ohio offers partial hookup RV camping on fairground property. Open year round the facility recently upgraded sites with new water hydrants and changed layouts providing more spacing between RVs. Located just off I-70 at State 41 the fairgrounds provide convenient access.
