Chimney Park RV Resort is a small, well‑kept riverfront park with friendly staff and residents, offering a heated pool, hot tub, recreation center, boat ramp, on‑site restaurant with occasional live music, clubhouse Wi‑Fi and inexpensive laundry. Sites can be tight and there are only a few big‑rig friendly spots, so larger rigs may find maneuvering difficult but staff and neighbors are helpful. The park sits on the Rio Grande with clear views into Mexico and a visible border‑patrol presence that many guests find reassuring, though patrol activity can be noticeable at times. Some nonstandard RV types may not be accepted.
