Catawba Falls Campground is a small, family-run site set along a creek, offering peaceful waterside sites and easy walking access to the Catawba Falls trailhead. Guests commonly praise the friendly, attentive owners and staff, a very clean, well-equipped bathhouse with ample hot water and controlled access, and an on-site camp store/coffee bar that sells ice and firewood. Sites are reasonably spaced with electric and water hookups. It's conveniently located off I-40 and close to Old Fort and nearby hiking.
