Castle Rock Shores sits right on the river with easy boat access, a marina/boat ramp and nearby conveniences across the street. Many guests praise the location, views and social bar/music scene. However, several reviewers report persistent problems: aging, dusty facilities, poorly maintained bathrooms and shower plumbing, unpleasant-tasting tap water, and limited wifi/cell service. Some experienced reservation or management mix-ups.
