What campers say
Cascade Campground sits beside West Fork Rock Creek and is popular for easy stream access, quiet nights, and nearby hiking. Many campers mention small brook trout and an enjoyable fishing spot. Sites are arranged in two loops: one generally more shaded while the other is more exposed, and a past fire means some sites have limited tree cover. Bear‑resistant metal food storage is provided and pit toilets are present and typically kept clean. Expect a somewhat rough access road and only a few sites suitable for mid‑sized campers—tents fit most spots. A friendly camp host is often noted.
