What campers say

Cantrall Buckley County Park is a well-kept riverside park with easy Applegate River access, shallow slow-moving water suited to kids and casual swimming, and a popular playground. Picnic tables, grills, ample parking, restrooms and camping facilities make it good for day use or overnight stays. The grounds are quiet and lightly used on weekdays but can be busier during events or peak times; dogs are commonly present. The rocky, variable streambed means footwear is advisable. Overall it’s a family-friendly spot offering trails, interpretive features, and pleasant places to relax by the water.
