Cachuma Campground in Los Padres National Forest is in a oak and pine setting along the Cachuma Creek. The nearest dump station is at Cachuma Lake. The campground is usually full on weekends during deer hunting season, mid August through late September. Drinking water is available at Figueroa Campground 8 miles away.
