Blue Lagoons RV Resort is a compact, bayfront park with a rebuilt private pier and convenient walking or biking access to Fulton and Rockport restaurants. On-site staff and managers are frequently described as friendly and helpful; guests note a cleaned-up property, heated pool, activities building, laundry and organized winter-season programming. Sites tend to be small and shaded by live oaks, so very tall rigs or tight backing can be challenging and some sites lack picnic tables. Restrooms and showers are a bit dated but generally kept clean. A few guests reported issues with corporate responsiveness and amenity availability, but many find it good value.
