our second time to stay here. Our site was 70 feet long and had a fair space between the the sites on either side. There are many winter Texans staying in the park. There are many park models that a permanent. All of the sites and streets are paved concrete. Our site was level. There is a charge for Wi-Fi ($19 a month), but we had a great signal and it was fast. Our cell phone had a good signal. apparently has new owners and management.
