What campers say

Baker Creek Campground is a well‑maintained, family‑friendly spot with creekside sites, clear mountain views and excellent stargazing. Bathrooms are reported very clean, there are trash/recycling bins, and reservations are straightforward. The creek and small ponds offer pleasant white‑noise, easy play for kids and dogs, and short walks to town and trailheads make it convenient. Tradeoffs: the valley can get hot, roads and sites are dusty and sandy, potable water isn’t provided so bring supplies, and some tent sites are sloped or close together (a few are walk‑in across a small bridge). Overall a convenient, scenic campground.
