A snowbird destination with park models and longer term rigs but all are in excellent shape and well cared for. We are not particularly excited about parks that cater to longer term residents but it must be the access to ATV riding that keeps this place fresh and young feeling. All sorts of activities and just off the highway. We are fans.

Arizonian RV Resort in Gold Canyon is a well‑equipped, 55+-focused community popular with snowbirds and long‑term stays. Sites are spacious with ample RV, truck and ATV parking and easy access to off‑road trails. Onsite amenities include a heated pool and hot tub, pickleball courts, gym/exercise rooms, laundry, activity clubs, RC areas and occasional events. The park is generally clean and well maintained with attractive mountain views, though a few guests mentioned shower or staff interaction issues. Reservations fill up early and some find the booking process cumbersome. Good nearby access to groceries and gas.
