    Park Description

Seahaven Marine RV Park in Sneads Ferry North Carolina provides full hookup RV camping for short term, weekly and longer stays. Located in a quiet hamlet at the base of the bridge leading over to the “back-gate” to Camp Lejeune (the largest Marine base in the US) the park has a unique location loved by guests. the park has direct access to the New River via a paved boat launch, wet slips and the water access in their protected marina.

Packed gravel roads and mowed grass sites the park is family owned and operated. A no frills park the location prides itself on peacefulness, serenity and access to the water. A professional fishing charter captain operates from their dock and guides guests on various fishing trips out into the Atlantic. RV sites include backins, pull-thrus, and pull alongs. Self contained units only. The park does have a dog run.

The park is located within walking distance of world famous fish houses (the source of your “fresh fish” in New York, Chicago and elsewhere) guests can go and purchase very inexpensive fresh catches as they come off the boat.

In addition Seahaven Marina RV Park is situated a short drive from Topsail island and beaches (accessed via bridge over the intracoastal waterway). The access to Topsail is technically to the North Topsail Island area which is less crowded than the Surf City area.

As an interesting side tail this area was the home of many pirates back in the swashbuckling days and this specific area was known as one of Blackbeard’s hangouts.
