Surf City Family Campground in North Topsail Beach North Carolina provides full hookup RV and tent camping steps from the beach. Set in an open area this park caters to long term guests with very few sites available for short term guests. the park is not fancy and many of the units look run down; yet the people are nice and the area is amazing.
