Adjacent to the interstate there is a constant hum of noise. The ark is not luxury and in fact I would advise them to not even try to get grass to grow, it is the desert. If they cleaned up the landscaping this would be a very nice park. It is crowded but the neighbors are nice and we even found ourselves "playing" at the pool with friends. As TT members this is not a bad place to go.
