What campers say

Riverdale Estates is a quiet 55+ mobile-home community with friendly residents, a heated pool, hot tub and clubhouse activities that many enjoy. However, reviewers frequently note inconsistent management and follow-through from recent owners, recurring utility outages, poor nighttime lighting and a gate/security that often isn’t reliable. Maintenance concerns include untrimmed date palms, aging streets, and some poorly maintained homes and yards. These issues can affect safety and curb appeal despite the park’s amenities and active community; prospective residents should weigh the pleasant social atmosphere against ongoing infrastructure and management shortcomings.
