Grounds, lake and on-site trails are maintained and pleasant for day use, with options for primitive sites, pull-in sites, RV spots and cabins. Practical tradeoffs include limited on-site kayaks during busy times, slow Wi‑Fi, and drives of roughly 15–25 minutes to many popular climbing and trailheads.
