Yes, there is a lot to do in the area. There are two small-ish campgrounds. The first Whittleton is rather tight. Most of the sites are for RV’s under 25′ – 30′. Offers both electric and primitive sites. This are area is known to flood. The second a mile down the road Middlefork is for larger RV units. Still on the river, but sits a little higher up on the bank. Offers mostly water / electric sites with a few primitive ones on the hill. Between the two both pack a lot of RV’s close together. Giving it a 4 star because there is a good deal of hiking in the area. Also: mini golf, playgrounds, picnic areas, resort lodging, chair lift ride to the “Natural Bridge”.
